Exercise and zero
The wrench is loaded to full scale several times in the direction under test, then zeroed. Every direction gets its own preload, its own zero, and its own curve.
A production-ready line of electronic torque wrenches. The tool is the Open Protocol server. No gateway, no installed software.
Supplied to tool brands, distributors, and manufacturers. We do not sell to end users.
Pick the depth that suits you: take the finished instrument under your own brand, license the stack for hardware you already build, or bring us in to engineer it alongside your team. Minimum order is one unit, so the first step costs you almost nothing.
Download the spec sheet PDF, four pages: the full line, metrology and commercial termsAdd a complete electronic torque wrench category under your own brand this year, with zero R&D. A ready line of 25 models, your packaging and documentation, with the production package already done.
License the stack that turns a tool into an Open Protocol server: the on-board browser configurator, ISO 6789 calibration, and over-the-air updates. Faster and cheaper than building it in house.
Bring the connected-wrench architecture into your platform: direct MES connection with no controller, angle and trace, proven across a 25-model production line.
Connected tools from the big names still need a controller or a gateway to reach the plant floor. Ours does not. Software already lives in the wrench, and every tightening result travels to where it is needed.
Nothing to install and nothing to license. Connect over USB, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi, open Chrome or Edge, and work offline: presets, calibration, traceability, and MES integration.
The configurator served by the wrench drives an automatic, multi-point calibration and verification against a reference stand: target points, tolerances, live deviation per point, and a traceable protocol at the end. Following ISO 6789, with nothing to install.
Calibration and verification follow ISO 6789-2. The tool is exercised, zeroed, and measured at multiple points in both directions, and the run ends in a document your quality department can file.
The wrench is loaded to full scale several times in the direction under test, then zeroed. Every direction gets its own preload, its own zero, and its own curve.
Readings at 20, 60, and 100 percent of the rated limit, repeated across runs, taken against a motorised reference bench driven from the same browser.
The verdict is not a bare deviation. It weighs the expanded uncertainty of the whole chain, so a pass is a pass with the margin stated.
Accredited ISO 6789-2:2017 certification of our own reference chain is underway; CE marking is targeted for Q1 2027. The procedure and the report are in service today.
One connected platform covers the whole assembly station, from small fasteners to flange joints. Enter the tightening torque and we show the models that fit, smallest sufficient limit first.
For 100 Nm: 0 models fit
Smallest sufficient limit first: more accurate, and lighter in the hand.

Every unit is designed around real assembly lines: serial cycles, traceability requirements, and direct integration with the systems that record them.
An on-board Open Protocol server. Your MES reads every result over Wi-Fi in real time, with no gateway or controller in between.
Gyroscope angle with auto zero. Every tightening captured as a full trace, on every model.
Digital torque to 0.05 Nm resolution on the low ranges. Factory calibrated, ISO 6789 wizard on board.
Torque, angle, time, and pass or fail on each pull. Full results.csv archive on SD, CSV export.
Aircraft aluminium and carbon housing. Drop and impact sensors plus usage counters record real conditions.
Firmware for the compute module and the radio module updates straight from the browser. The tool keeps gaining capability over its service life.
10 to 1200 Nm · ±2% · torque and angle on every model · production package complete.
Large figures read from a distance, and three themes match the light of the bay. The same display runs on every GN series.
Three generations of the tool, and what the move to a connected wrench actually adds. Facts, no marketing.

Anyone can show a render. We have working units in hand and the complete package a factory needs to build the line: 25 models drawn and specified, firmware, test and calibration procedure. What is left is your volume, not our engineering.

Since 2016 we have designed and supplied electronics for other companies, including the electronic modules for another manufacturer's torque wrenches. Through that brand, our electronics has already worked on the assembly lines of major automotive plants. This line is what happened when we stopped supplying a part of the instrument and built the whole one to our own standard.
Seven people. Small enough that the engineer who designed a board answers your question about it.
The terms a first order actually runs on, stated up front.
Every part of how we build and how we talk runs on our own servers: source control, CI, task planning, test and verification, and every message, call, and screen share. No third-party cloud sees a line of your project.
Version control, continuous integration, task planning, and test and verification run in-house, on hardware we control. Code never leaves the building.
Chat, voice, video, and screen sharing are self-hosted and encrypted. A call about your firmware never routes through a vendor's data center.
A zero-trust mesh links our machines with centralized access and a full audit trail. We know exactly what moves, and where.
The same closed environment extends to a partner's team on demand, under one access model and full control of what is shared. We open a door, not the whole house.
For an OEM or licensing partner, that is the difference between trusting a promise and trusting an architecture.
Platform-level parameters. Exact values for a given model are on its device passport and quotation.
Pilot units are ready to ship to evaluation partners, and the minimum order is one. Book a short call and we will send a sample and live demo access in advance.
