Work with us

Three ways to put this line to work.

Pick the depth that suits you: take the finished instrument under your own brand, license the stack for hardware you already build, or bring us in to engineer it alongside your team. Minimum order is one unit, so the first step costs you almost nothing.

Download the spec sheet PDF, four pages: the full line, metrology and commercial terms
01

OEM and white-label

Tool brands and distributors

Add a complete electronic torque wrench category under your own brand this year, with zero R&D. A ready line of 25 models, your packaging and documentation, with the production package already done.

  • Your brand across all six series
  • EXW pricing and MOQ on request
  • Evaluation samples ready to ship
02

Firmware and IP licensing

Makers with their own hardware

License the stack that turns a tool into an Open Protocol server: the on-board browser configurator, ISO 6789 calibration, and over-the-air updates. Faster and cheaper than building it in house.

  • Open Protocol server firmware
  • Browser configurator and FOTA
  • Permissive licences throughout, no copyleft and no royalties
  • Evaluate the full interface on a PC simulator, before any hardware
  • Static memory, no runtime allocation, MISRA-C:2012 as the guide
03

Contract R&D

Platform and system builders

Bring the connected-wrench architecture into your platform: direct MES connection with no controller, angle and trace, proven across a 25-model production line.

  • Architecture walkthrough under NDA
  • Component or full-stack integration
  • Built on shipping hardware
The platform

The wrench is the server.

Connected tools from the big names still need a controller or a gateway to reach the plant floor. Ours does not. Software already lives in the wrench, and every tightening result travels to where it is needed.

Setup and calibration run in a browser the tool serves itself.

Nothing to install and nothing to license. Connect over USB, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi, open Chrome or Edge, and work offline: presets, calibration, traceability, and MES integration.

Served by the tool USB Bluetooth Wi-Fi Chrome / Edge · offline

Watch a full calibration run, in the browser.

The configurator served by the wrench drives an automatic, multi-point calibration and verification against a reference stand: target points, tolerances, live deviation per point, and a traceable protocol at the end. Following ISO 6789, with nothing to install.

Metrology

A certificate at the end, not just a number on the screen.

Calibration and verification follow ISO 6789-2. The tool is exercised, zeroed, and measured at multiple points in both directions, and the run ends in a document your quality department can file.

01

Exercise and zero

The wrench is loaded to full scale several times in the direction under test, then zeroed. Every direction gets its own preload, its own zero, and its own curve.

02

Measure the points

Readings at 20, 60, and 100 percent of the rated limit, repeated across runs, taken against a motorised reference bench driven from the same browser.

03

Judge against uncertainty

The verdict is not a bare deviation. It weighs the expanded uncertainty of the whole chain, so a pass is a pass with the margin stated.

What the report carries

  • Relative deviation at every point, against the tolerance band of the class
  • Repeatability across the runs at each point
  • Hysteresis loop, loading up and unloading back down
  • Uncertainty budget with expanded uncertainty U at k=2
  • Pass or fail per point, computed with U included
  • An exportable certificate: one self-contained file, chart embedded, ready to print

Accredited ISO 6789-2:2017 certification of our own reference chain is underway; CE marking is targeted for Q1 2027. The procedure and the report are in service today.

The company

We have already been the electronics inside someone else's wrench.

Since 2016 we have designed and supplied electronics for other companies, including the electronic modules for another manufacturer's torque wrenches. Through that brand, our electronics has already worked on the assembly lines of major automotive plants. This line is what happened when we stopped supplying a part of the instrument and built the whole one to our own standard.

The team

Seven people. Small enough that the engineer who designed a board answers your question about it.

Your IP never leaves a network we own.

Every part of how we build and how we talk runs on our own servers: source control, CI, task planning, test and verification, and every message, call, and screen share. No third-party cloud sees a line of your project.

The build pipeline is ours.

Version control, continuous integration, task planning, and test and verification run in-house, on hardware we control. Code never leaves the building.

So is every conversation.

Chat, voice, video, and screen sharing are self-hosted and encrypted. A call about your firmware never routes through a vendor's data center.

One private network, one policy.

A zero-trust mesh links our machines with centralized access and a full audit trail. We know exactly what moves, and where.

We can bring you inside.

The same closed environment extends to a partner's team on demand, under one access model and full control of what is shared. We open a door, not the whole house.

For an OEM or licensing partner, that is the difference between trusting a promise and trusting an architecture.

Full technical specification.

Platform-level parameters. Exact values for a given model are on its device passport and quotation.

Questions partners ask first.

No. The wrench runs an Open Protocol server on board, and your MES or SCADA connects to it directly over Wi-Fi. There is no separate box to buy, mount, or maintain.
None. The configurator is served by the tool itself and opens in Chrome or Edge over USB, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi. It works offline. Firmware for both the compute and radio modules updates from the same browser.
The design is finished and the full production package is complete; pilot units are in hand today. The on-board calibration wizard already follows ISO 6789. CE marking (RED, EMC, LVD) is targeted for Q1 2027, and an accredited ISO 6789-2:2017 calibration certificate is underway. We are glad to share the current status and timeline on a call.
Yes. The line is built for OEM and white-label supply: your brand, packaging, and documentation across all 25 models. We also license the firmware stack and take on contract R&D.
Twenty-five models across six series cover 10 to 1200 Nm at ±2% of reading, with angle measurement and full tightening-trace capture on every model.
Power comes from a removable, standard Li-Ion cell, so service logistics stay free of proprietary packs. Drop, impact, and usage counters record real operating conditions for traceability.

Put a sample in your hands.

Pilot units are ready to ship to evaluation partners, and the minimum order is one. Book a short call and we will send a sample and live demo access in advance.

The live demo takes three minutes: wrench, browser, MES.
